I agree with the person below, and the other guys.
I was visiting some random deviant and for some reason you went there and offended him.
I come and and saw that your "bipolar" and that was the reason of everything.
Let me give you a real life example.
Imagine some extranger, harrases your little brother/sister or breaks your windows, when you try to contact the authorities the extrangers friends tell you " hes sick, he cant control himself, if you cant understand him then your wrong" I mean what kind of friend says that? A real friend would try to stop him instead of using his condition as en excuse to keep up that terrible behavior.
And i see you say a lot that you cant control it, but you dont say nothing related to prevent it from happening again.
"Sorry if I offended you, but if you can't understand this, then you're not worth my apology anyway." < What? I mean so you offend and if they dont understant the fact that you did it because you felt like it, then they are not worth something? Like in your in any position to say that...
If you cant control it.
If you have no intention stop it from happening againg.
If your have no intention of apologizing without all that pride.
Then yes, your should be banned from Deviantart.
This is no place for "hate accounts" and if you feel angry you should act like an adult and solve it without getting others involved.

Simply put, he couldn't control what he had said, and afterwards, he'd gotten so upset with himself that he tried to stand up for himself. I'm rather overprotective of him as he's had so many problems with others before that have (obviously) scarred him about how people treat him, coming from their part instead of his, but I don't think I said anything like you're describing, as I never told anyone they're wrong.

What mathers here is the fact that he Join a masive art community.
He broke like every rule that has to do with harrasment and behavior.
This is how this place works : "you break the rules, mods will get you in the next 24hrs."
They wont care if this person has a problem, condition or something, its just the way this place works, its in the rules.
The rules everyone clicks on "I agree, I read them, Im gonna follow them" when they Joined.
He might even get is IP banned, that means that if he has other accounts with the same computer data, they are gonna be banned too. D:
Thats a high punishment for people who like to insult. (yeah yeah, he was not himself, but he did it and theres nothing thats gonna change that)
So, theres no point on writing huge replyi and trying to convince people that he did it because he couldnt control it.
Mods will have the last word on the issue.

I told my dad that they may ban the IP, so he grounded Wolf from the comp for a while (because if he found out, he'd just get a new IP, since he knows how, to go on his real account. If he forgets about this after a while, he'll forget to go on his real account for a few months. He's not a regular member.)
My father and I are unaffected by that, though, 'cause we all use different computers... so what happens works.

Deviant art is AN ART COMMUNITY, not a childrens playground or a therapy forum.
Maybe you shouldn't assume what's going on; also, if DA thought he was really offending anyone with a real malice, he would have been banned about 7-8 hours ago. He could not control what he was doing or saying. Unless you know someone personally with this, I suppose it's hard for people to understand what exactly is going on. Trust me when I say that he could not control what was going on, and he's not exactly looking for YOUR forgiveness, he's looking for the ones who he insulted. Do you think he DIDNT feel bad after the bipolar moment passed?
